Refund policy

Returns are accepted, in original condition, within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

Please be sure to include a copy of your order/invoice, including your name and complete mailing address and a note explaining that you are either returning the product(s) or exchanging them for a different style, size or colour. If an exchange, please indicate the style, size and colour you need. If you are sending a return, it is very helpful to us if you could explain the reason for the return.

For returns, you will be reimbursed for the sales amount, minus the shipping cost incurred.

For exchanges, you are responsible for all postage costs when returning item(s). However, we will cover the postage cost when shipping out the new item(s).
